This soft skin peeler has two multi-purpose serrated edges that quickly peel soft fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, kiwi, peaches and ginger without harming the flesh underneath. Dual edges on the blade permit back and forth peeling while an extra-sharp steel tip easily removes produce blemishes.Soft-skinned fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, pears, and kiwi might be mangled by a conventional peeler. The serrated double-edged blade on this model slices away rather than saws at delicate produce. The steel blade easily follows the contours of smaller items, meaning it's also great for removing tough skins from ginger. Double edges allow a back-and-forth peeling motion as well as left- or right-handed use. The extra-sharp steel tip is ideal for removing produce blemishes before cooking.
