Zyliss is a company you can count on to have great value. Their products are almost over-engineered (in the best way) and perform their functions extrememly well.
These measuring cups fit well in the hand. The unique shape of the cups makes it virtually impossible to spill ingredients when pouring into smaller containers. The markings are clear and legible, the handy clip holds them snug togheter in the drawer -- no more searching for that one missing cup -- and the attached leveler will break you of the habit of "eh, looks about right" that can really screw up a cake recipe.
I understand that Zyliss has stopped making these in the opaque white and now manufactures them in a translucent orange-ish color with the measurements embossed without contrasting color. IMO, that is a huge mistake since one of the things I always liked about Zyliss is that markings on their products were high-contrast visible and easily read by even young children or us older folks who don't like to admit we need glasses.
